Mein Name ist Flurina Candinas aus Andiast in der Surselva im schönen Bündnerland. Ich bin Mutter, Hausfrau, Bio Bäuerin und mit Leidenschaft Postautochauffeuse. Im Jahr 2019 habe ich die Staffel der Landfrauenküche gewonnen.
Wie bereits erwähnt, ist meine Leidenschaft das Postauto fahren und gleich danach kommt natürlich das Kochen. Ich liebe es meine Gäste mit Bündner und anderen Spezialitäten zu verwöhnen und Ihnen einen unvergesslichen Abend, Brunch, oder auf Anfrage jede andere Gelegenheit wo man kulinarisch verwöhnt werden will. Unser neu erbautes Holzbauernhaus in den steilen Hängen unter dem Hausstock bietet von unser grossen Terrasse einen fantastischen Blick ins Tal und das gegenüberliegende Obersaxen.
Wir haben auf unserem Bio Hof Milchlkühe, Rinder und drei Katzen.
Da der Juli und August unsere Zeit für Alpwirtschaft und Bergheuen ist, können wir in der Regel zu dieser Zeit Tavolatas nur auf Anfrage anbieten.

In the middle of Zurich, 7 minutes walk from the main train station, we offer our culinary highlights for guests Tavolatas from our Fusion Kitchen in Europaallee. Our creations are put together at the highest level of sustainability and biodiversity. Our products come from natural and animal-friendly production without fattening, castration, and mass animal husbandry. Our animals and garden produce are almost exclusively Pro Species Rara. Fish products come from domestic aqua farming production which also benefits sustainability. Let yourself be taken on a unique journey with high enjoyment, visually and tastefully.
Our dishes can be offered vegetarian upon request for each course. The majority of our wines are Swiss organic or Demeter quality.
We welcome individuals, couples or small groups to dine with us. We are happy to fulfill additional requests upon inquiry.
On Friday or Saturday evening we create an 8-course menu for a maximum of 8 people using products from our Freudental Hof and Saved Food. The Tavolatas start at 6 pm; we are flexible with time for groups of 8 people.
A menu costs CHF140 per person including water and an apéritif drink.

The more than 200 years old farm, has been restructured with old material and invites with its atmosphere, which reminds of the period of the writer Jeremias Gotthelf, to precious and relaxing moments.
We prepare our meals based on recipes of our grand-mothers with a lot of love and fantasy, using vegetables and fruits of the own garden and meat of respectful production. After a meal in the cozy parlour, the wine cellar or the vast garden, our three comfortable bed rooms invite to stay overnight.

On a clear day, you can see into the Alps from Judith Lustenberger's farm. Only a few metres higher up, the view of the panorama from Säntis to Jungfraujoch is unobstructed. The farm is located on the border of the Entlebuch Biosphere Reserve in the hamlet of Steinhuserberg in the municipality of Wolhusen. In the 100-year-old farmhouse, guests up to 10 persons can sit in the parlour, and for up to 100 guests the old stable offers space for birthday parties and other celebrations thanks to its lovingly designed interior.
