  1. For what does your heart beat?

My heart beats for my family and for my lovely guests.

 

  1. Your husband helps you for the SWISS TAVOLATA project. Where did you meet him?

During a night out while dancing back in 1993.

 

  1. What’s your favourite meal and why?

Veal escalope with cream sauce and noodles. For dessert crème brulée. I just love the tender meat, especially that one from our own farm. The whole menu is just a dream.  

 

  1. If you had to give something up, what would that be and why? Chocolate, butter or meat?

Chocolate. Because it‘s the only product that I can’t produce by myself. Furthermore, it’s bad for the body. J

 

  1. What’s your lifelong dream?

Travel to unknown places and get in touch with different cultures. Or live for a longer period of time on an alp.

 

  1. As a farmer you have a really busy working day. How do you relax?

Outside in the nature and while reading interesting books.

 

  1. What’s your favourite place?

A little place called „Hochbühl“. It’s a small hill covered with trees. During the summer the leaves provides shades and when the fall arrives the leaves get so colourful. It’s fantastic to see.

 

  1. Who’s your hero?

My husband and my family.

 

  1. What’s your last reading before you sleep (book title, newspaper name, etc.)?

All types of crime stories. Andreas Gruber for instance. At the moment I’m reading „Das Sonnenblumenhaus“.

 

  1. What’s your motto of life?

„Don’t spent too much time thinking about things you don’t possess but rather about things you have.“
